Today we photographed the kittens in the Choco litter. They are now 3 weeks old. In the picture, you can see Coco Nilla. When she was born, she weighed 135 grams. She nursed as usual during the first week, but then she stopped eating. She couldn’t be fed and didn’t gain weight. I tried feeding her with a different type of nipple that was soft and went further down her throat. The next morning, she vomited up a hairball. She had probably ingested hair from her mother, whom I had shaved around the breasts after giving birth. Now she is very hungry and eager to eat. She purrs as soon as she sees me.
